Returns Policy

ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel or make changes, please email info@missmodi.com within 3 hours of placing your order. After that, changes cannot be made.

RETURNS
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings β€” no exceptions.
To request a return on other items (excluding gift boxes, stickers, or gift cards), email within 5 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear photo of the item

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. A 20% restocking fee applies to non-defective items. Return shipping costs are deducted from refunds. Unauthorized returns will be rejected and sent back if possible.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges.

QUALITY CONTROL
All items go through triple quality checks and are photographed before shipping. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 5 days if there are issues.

WARRANTY & REPAIRS
We offer a 5-day warranty from the delivery date (based on carrier tracking) and one-time repair service for bracelets and necklaces only.

To request a repair, email us within 5 days with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll provide a free return shipping label; return shipping to you will be charged.
