MISSMODI.COM can ship orders to all locations within the United States. We offer UPS and USPS for our U.S. shipping and handling. To ensure the prompt processing of your order, we recommend that you place your order by 3:00PM PST. Business day refers to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Your order will be processed once credit card authorization and verification are obtained. For orders under $125, your online order will reflect an estimated shipping rate, which may be adjusted upon final shipment. Please note that shipping rates are weight-based and will be rounded up to the next pound to reflect the shipping carrier's billing policies.
For orders $125 and above, MissModi.com will offer free standard shipping. Exceptions include orders to AK and HI.
Additional handling charges may apply to special orders.
- All returns must be submitted within 5 calendar days from the arrival date of your product as verified by the shipping vendor's tracking system.
- All claims received after 5 calendar days from the delivery date will not be accepted and will be returned to you if the carrier allows us to do so. Note: If items are received that do not adhere to our 5 calendar day policy, the items will not be accepted and returned back to you if the carrier allows for it. MissModi.com does not take responsibility for the cost, delivery, or arrival of the items back to you.
- We do not accept returns on earrings as they are personal products. NO EXCEPTIONS. Gift boxes are also ineligible for returns.
- Item(s) must be in unused, sellable condition and must include the original box and packaging.
- Please note there will be a 15% restocking fee for non-defective merchandise.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Return Shipping Options and Cost Information
- All returns using the Pre-paid mailing option will receive the lowest return shipping cost as determined by our third party return shipping software application. This return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
- All returns shipped by the customer must be trackable and traceable (tracking number). Note: If return items are received that do not have a tracking number, the items will not be accepted and returned back to you if the carrier allows for it. MissModi.com does not take responsibility for the cost, delivery, or arrival of the items back to you.
All Miss Modi products are inspected three times for quality control purposes by the vendor, by Miss Modi, and during final packaging to you. To assure you that items were handled properly during fulfillment, Miss Modi digitally records the packaging and boxing of your products prior to drop off at our carriers.
