Returns Policy


CANCELING OR EDITING AN ORDER

Our online checkout process and system at MISSMODI.COM is designed to save you time by quickly processing your order. The moment you submit your order, you can expect that we are immediately working to get it to you as quickly as possible. However, if you need to cancel or edit your order, please contact casey@missmodi.com within 3 hours of the initial purchase. We are unable to change the details of the order or cancel the order after we process the order.

WARRANTY PERIOD

Our 5-calendar day warranty period is defined as follows:

  • The delivery date and time stamp from our carrier of the delivered package
  • Plus 5-calendar days (or 120 hours) from the date and time above

You must email casey@missmodi.com requesting a repair during this time period in order for our policies to be in effect.

RETURN POLICY

Acceptable Returns

We do not accept returns on earrings as they are personal products that are inserted into your body. NO EXCEPTIONS

  • All return requests must be submitted within 5 calendar days from the arrival date and time of your product as verified by the shipping vendor's tracking system. Please send us an email with: 1) Your Order Number, and 2) A close-up photo of the return item to: casey@missmodi.com to receive a Return Shipping Label. This return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • All claims received after 5 calendar days from the delivery date will not be accepted and will be returned to you if the carrier allows us to do so. Note: If items are received that do not adhere to our 5-calendar day policy, the items will not be accepted and returned back to you if the carrier allows for it.
  • Item(s) must be in sellable condition (unopened, unused, etc.) and must include the original retail box and jewelry packaging. Please note there will be a 20% restocking fee for non-defective merchandise.

Not accepted

  • Stickers, gift boxes and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Return Shipping and Refund Amount Information

  • Please do not return any items before contacting us within the 5-calendar day warranty period. If return items are sent to us without prior contact and/or received without a tracking number, the items will not be accepted and returned back to you if the carrier allows for it.
  • All returns using the pre-paid mailing label will receive the lowest return shipping cost as determined by our third-party return shipping software application. This return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • If products are sent to MissModi.com without contacting us within the 5-calendar day warranty period, we will not process the return and will not take responsibility for the cost, delivery, or arrival of the items back to you.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges.

QUALITY CONTROL

At Miss Modi, we are obsessed with making sure your jewelry arrives in perfect condition to you. All Miss Modi products are triple checked for quality control purposes by our production partner, by Miss Modi, and during final packaging to you. To assure you that items were handled properly during packaging and fulfillment, Miss Modi manually inspects all jewelry front and back and then digitally records your items, the packaging, and boxing of your products prior to drop off at our carriers.

Within 5 calendar days from the arrival of your order, we recommend that you immediately inspect your order after you receive the package and email us at casey@missmodi.com if you see any issues with your order.

REPAIRS

Please note that our repair policy only applies to bracelets and necklaces.  Within the 5-calendar day warranty period, please send us an email with: 1) Your Order Number, and 2) A close-up photo of the item needing repair to: casey@missmodi.com.  Once received, we will send you a free Return Shipping Label. For the returned item, we will charge you a nominal shipping cost to ship the item back to you.
